Return & Refund Policy – Manadukhan

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Products must be unused and in original packaging

Customers must provide the original bill/invoice or registered mobile number

Perishable items such as:

  • Fresh vegetables
  • Fruits
  • Dairy products
  • Frozen items

are not eligible for return unless they are damaged, spoiled, expired, or defective at the time of delivery.

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved by our team.

Online payment refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) order refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or partially used products

Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

Clearance sale or special discount items (unless defective or damaged)

4. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged:

For the same product, or

For another product of equal value

subject to stock availability.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to verify product details and quantities before confirming the order.

  • Any issues such as:
  • Wrong item
  • Missing item
  • Damaged product
  • Expired product
  • must be reported to customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
